Chargeback protection on Webscoop will depend upon the payment processor you select.
- If you select Razorpay, payments come to Webscoop first and then we make payouts to creators. In this scenario we do offer chargeback protection.
- If you select Stripe, payments go directly in your Stripe account. In this scenario we can't provide chargeback protection.
